Food Management Safety
All our warehouses are compliant with HACCP protocols, offering complete guarantees for the management and transit of foodstuffs. Our centralised quality management system provides for annual audits based on IFS standards and online documentation shared internally.
At the individual sites we provide:
- PERSONALISED HACCP MANUALS
- PEST CONTROL activities organised on the basis of environmental risk analysis and managed via ON-LINE MONITORING
We also have Food Defence management and a Crisis and Continuity Plan in place for each site.
